story too short
In my writing world, this never happens.
I revise, & while doing so add & subtract to enhance the story, not fix length. In fact, since I’m looking to tighten-up the story, I subtract far more than I add.
Trust in the Forgotten went from 130K to 115K. A River in Each Hand is on its way to do the same.
When I draft I KNOW I have a complete story. I learn that in the narrative outline.
