Finding a way to live a slow life is a good approach to living.
I find myself slipping away from the present, lost in thought, attempting to find the next thing to do, which subsequently drags me into a fast life where my thoughts race each other at the speed of light. When I find myself here, I lose the ability to interact with reality as I am lost in thought.
For now until death I must let the present wisp me away from my fast moving thoughts, and towards deep, interpersonal reflection of my experiences so when I die I will feel as if I have lived.
