Paid relays really need documentation

Are they pay to read, pay to write, or both?

If they're pay to read they're unsuitable as outbox relays

If they're pay to write and they don't accept replies from non-paying npubs to paying npubs they're unsuitable as inbox relays

What exactly am I paying for?

I've got no idea for any of those relays
