A few weeks ago I was feeling bothered by the ingredients and cost of mayonnaise at the store. I was buying non-soy and non-canola mayo for an arm and a leg. I decided it would probably healthier AND cheaper to make my own. Sure enough, I ran the numbers, got a blender and the raw ingredients including farm eggs and avocado oil, and made a few batches. Flawless. This is the recipe I used.
