I think I’m on the right track, but I don’t fully understand what wires need to go where. Something is getting shared or bridged somewhere but I don’t know where
I have my rotary phase converter now, but I’m surprised it’s just a single set of 4 wires, and not a separate 3 wire input and 4 wire output (which is what makes sense to me and what I want to achieve)
