Lau on Nostr: The book When Money Dies by Adam Fergusson recollects similar kind of protests ...
The book When Money Dies by Adam Fergusson recollects similar kind of protests happened in Germany in the 1920's, similar to what is happening in France now. Similar in nature because the people seem to simply be angry for no clear justifiable reason. In Germany it was the shift from 8 to 9 hour work day and in France it is the shift from 62 to 64 retirement age.
The point is, the people are not waking up, but they are very angry.
This emotion can be used. We saw what the Nazi's did to use this emotion and what it led to.
