I wouldn't waste money on cbd...go find the real stuff. Stay away from sativas and go for indica. Sativas generally make anxiety worse. I personally lean into the anxiety so I stay busy 24/7. Indicas are the stereotypical stoner stuff....munchies, couch locked, etc but the anxiety isn't there-ish.
