As long as customers come with mails like "the website doesn't work. please fix" to describe the fact some link doesn't open a new tab, but rather in the same tab. Or "we need a new menu item 'social' in the main nav". "Where it links to? Well, some social media like Facebook or LinkedIn that you must build there". Computers will fail just as hard as humans on this stuff.
AI might be "smart", or becoming that, but customers will never be.
