I added my coinos.io lightning address to my nostr profile, and noted recently to someone I don't think I've ever been zapped as I don't really understand it yet. I just logged in to my coinos.io and have been receiving a bunch of micropayments I wasn't even aware of -- thanks zappers!
Now to figure out how to start zapping others from coinos.io if anyone has any experience/tips?
