In Keychat, users can set up multiple IDs. For example, ID1 could be used for chatting with family, ID2 with friends, and ID3 with colleagues. It's important to note that IDs and sending/receiving addresses are different; addresses change frequently, while IDs are static. When two people meet in person, they can add each other as friends by scanning a QR code. Online, they can exchange QR codes via other messaging apps. They can also publish it on their nostr profile.
