People, by dent of their divinity, are responsible to set boundaries for themselves.
A healthy and functional boundary keeps the bad out and lets the good in.
If someone doesn't respect another person's boundaries, by definition they are unhealthy and toxic.
Regardless of law or coersion, people get to decide their boundaries, including their level of privacy including what they do with their money.
Therefore, what people do with their money is no ones responsibility to understand but their own.
Healthy and functional #boundaries include keeping the bad out and letting the good into their #money.
This includes #Bitcoin.
