The foundation is always to ask yourself when you look in the mirror, WHO AM I?
Recently, I have grown very tired by constantly navigating through an endless sea of self-interest, human agendas, politics, and opinions. This over-saturated world of constant information inflow has led me to conclude that human ego is at the center of it all, and I am weary of the current state of things.

Human ego is a fascinating topic. It is a double-edged sword. On one hand, it fuels creativity, ambition, and innovation, driving human progress. On the other hand, it can lead to destruction and conflict, becoming our most powerful enemy.

In the age of social media, the ego’s influence is evident. Expression often turns into forcing opinions, driven by the need for validation and control. This results in a fragmented, chaotic information landscape, leading to misinformation and polarization.

To navigate this, we must cultivate self-awareness, empathy, and critical thinking. By recognizing and balancing the ego’s dual nature, we can foster genuine connection, understanding, and harmonious progress.
