Remember that time Change Healthcare paid $22M to the ALPHV ransomware group, which then stiffed affiliates and exit scammed? We only know they exit scammed because the affiliate who claimed responsibility for the intrusion at Change said they still had the data that ALPHV was paid to "delete".
