The issue is actually no longer just "haha this guy dumb" but "this guy may be a genuine threat to the safety of some less careful people on fedi."
I guess he's had beef with PNS for years, and the fact that he hasn't managed to hunt the guy down and do anything to him IRL is a sign that he lacks capacity to do too much except cry online. However, some people here are dumb enough to post real images of themselves, and so on and so forth. God help us if someone like creamqueen pisses the guy off.
