I'm dealing with some registered software for someone at the moment. To unregister it for license transfer, I have to use the command prompt. This is fine for me; I use the terminal emulator more than anything else. But grandma isn't going to know how to do this. This behaviour is absolutely abhorrent, and renews (pun intended) my hate for software licenses.
