This book was amazing. It explores the link between pain and pleasure.
Some of the examples made my jaw drop and the first chapter was a little shocking.
While most of us understand addiction to pleasure at a basic level, this also covers addiction to pain (eg extreme wim hof method) which was eye opening.
Can definitely recommend!
