Also do you have any hobbies you can make money with? Might be able to do that as a side gig to save up money to bail on your town, or possibly even support yourself on.
(these are my own plans for the near future, since I can't stand my own town and career.)
As for the friends part... I fully understand that feeling. All the really cool people always seem to live hours away.
