Just checked myself and you’re absolutely correct!
All I can say in response is: My intention in posting that article/ quote was not to deceive anyone. I *definitely* extracted (cut/paste) that quote from that very same FT article some time ago now in order to post something on Xitter which included the URL!
Given recent Streeting’s rise to greater prominence I can only speculate that the obviously controversial paragraph has subsequently been excised from the article!
I’ll investigate further.
