Both are probably true. All the tools are being deployed to artificially prop up the economy (like the currency game with JPY) But they gotta do it to win the election, so yeah... My thoughts: If democrats win, then they can continue on the communist pathway for four years, if not they win the election of 2028 as Trump will be in office during the economical downturn..
