If anyone had read my poast past the first sentence they would understand that I believe fathers should be rejecting shitty men on behalf of their daughters. Then the issue becomes determining what constitutes sufficient maturity to bear children and how to measure it for women, and thereby determine a safe age to marry and begin having children. Absent any dispassionate study on the matter, that decision is ALSO best left to fathers, advised by mothers.
