My Grandmother who was a traditional housewife and went to part time night school to become an RN. Traveled the world after her kids were grown, suffered MS for 20 years bedridden and wheelchaired gaining ungodly weight. If true, makes me sad that such a simple fix was never understood.
That said, I have to dig deeper into her diet at late stage when she started to gain what turned out to be temporary mobility in the paralyzed side.
