So scsibug (npub1xhf…4xw3) I quickly wrote https://github.com/mikedilger/nostr-caesar
a gRPC server that responds to policy questions about EVENT and REQ filters. It presumes the Event and Filter are just JSON serialized strings (actually breaking them down into gRPC fields is rather hard). If you have a proto, I'll use it.
