"content": "Roof top view from Rosebank Mall. Taken yesterday, just before visiting a friend to have a shower. 4 days without tap water is unsettling. Depending which way you look, Joburg has a transport infrastructure, a few city skylines and extensive retail facilities. Or else we have untended, empty construction sites on prime land and a very stressed water grid. My point? Not sure? Uncertainty about the future is everywhere?
