I wonder if the web pages with the crappy advertisements, pop ups might have anything to do with it. we are oversaturated with sensationalism, we get it from our leaders and that gets spun and amplified by the news media. Even the drama craving among us can only consume so much. We used to only get it from Tom Brokaw, now we get it on X, FB, Tik Toc, youtube, and the old places as well.
