FINALLY!
I like sourdough, sliced thin and drenched in butter, with both a little cheddar and a lot of muenster. They cannot have too much cheese as anything dripping out of the side is a bonus, but allowing it to cool for a minute so the boiling cheese develops a skin, keeping the magma contained, makes the results better.
