I really like this idea. Relays should simply flag content (as reported by users) and it should be up to users to moderate via clients. Preserves both freedom and choice

Giving clients more tools to curate feeds is something I'm all for, but I'm very sus on doing it at the relay level. That will turn Nostr into modern email. There are worse outcomes, but also potentially much better.
