The spirtual successor for XLR-LNE is PowerCon.
A very reliable and sturdy power connector. In a previous life, I was a sound engineer and I've only seen 1 PowerCon fail. They aren't cheap (about 10 euro for the cable part and 4 euro for the receptacle) but totally worth it.
