but also thinking a bit about it, 7 is just a convenient number fitting the normal weekly schedule. Other than that I suppose nothing magical about that exist. So surely other patterns can make perfectly sense. Although a bit boring (or; non creative) I find that a 7 day cycle is good for me:
- Long run(s) hitting the weekend days is probably the driving factor
- Monday off suits other aspects of my life - soccer day for the smallest kid etc.
- Friday off/Easy 👌🏼🧘♂️
