There's no "file storage" on nostr. It's all just text objects. The images and videos on nostr are hosted on 3rd party cloud services. There are some "nostr-friendly" (media) storage apps like https://nostr.build/ but I guess you can use any cloud service and share a public link in your post and most clients will render the link as video/image if it has the appropriate file extension at the end.
