Hypothetically? You would expect to see black holes in “adjacent” membranes orbit each other - or rather, you would expect to see a black hole in a mutual orbit with an invisible gravity source. If the gravity shadows overlapped, I would intuit that the visible black hole would suddenly grow a bigger even horizon, which would then shrink when the two no longer shared coordinates.
