i make my tea in a one cup plunger. it’s just fuss free. and i guess from the way i dress people know i don’t care how i appear
their choice is $x for providing hot water and a cup, or nothing
when i used to visit my mother in a rural nursing home, i would go to the local store for breakfast. they sold bacon and egg sans]dwiches, and then i could go through this whole negotiation of “can you put the eggs and bacon on a plate please, and the toast on the side?” gears sometimes grind inside people’s heads, but 9 times out of 10 they are happy to give me what i want, so long as it;s not some franchise.
