Maybe rankings by sats could help ?
Stacker News for example has a 'top posts' sort by Sats feature.
If we had top 20 charts for memes, or top 20 posts
under specific hashtags, or top 20 podcasts for the week,
ranked by sats earnings, it could start a self re-inforcing
Value for value mechanism.
As a content consumer I would increase the quality of time spent consuming with guidance from community rankings.
And, my incentive for putting up sats, would now be two fold.
1. To support the content creator.
2. To increase visibility of things I beleive are important to the community.
*just quick thoughts.
Maybe (probably) this already exists I just have no idea.
But it would need to be bigger, high vis, cross platform. Kinda like what BILLBOARD charts were for music but community driven.
