Eka-Ete Udoson 1971
My family lived in #Ibadan, #Nigeria from October 1970 to spring 1973.
Eka-Ete (pronounced eh-KAI-it-ay) was our cook Charles' daughter. I think of her sometimes, wondering how her life worked out. I'm sure she grew up to be as beautiful as her mother - whose name, I am ashamed to say, I've forgotten.
I am possibly misspelling Eka-Ete's surname but if anyone knows her, let me know!
