When politicians, via their central banks, can print billions of $, £ and Euros literally out of thin air, then why would they give a shit?
#askingquestions - here's a cracking one:
Given politicians can print money out of thin air, then WHY don't they simply print money instead of taxing us?
It's time to fix the money.
When we were on the gold standard, the politicans couldn't print money unless they'd got the gold to back it.
Now our $, £ and Euros are backed by sweet FA
We're told it's backed by trust in our glorious political institutions - yeah, like this is going to end well right?
In the past they couldn't spend print money to go to war. They had to raise taxes or sell part of their gold reserves - both a bit tricky right?
We could go back to the gold standard, but I don't see politicians giving up their power of money printing. I mean here in the UK our PM can print off billions to fund the ongoing war in Ukraine, and he looks so good in the Ukrainian Parliament handing it over right?
One option is to give our politicians no option.
We the people begin to transfer over to the soundest money the world has ever seen. Bitcoin is secure and decentralised, so governments can't print more of it, or control it.
