I woke up this morning and didn't automatically reach for my phone and start scrolling through my twitter feed.
I didn't realize how much that consistently affected my mood and mindset for the day.
This feels like breaking a severe sugar addiction.
Sometimes I still reach for my phone, searching for the app (now deleted).
Dopamine and outrage is the product.
Deactivated my twitter account
I have 30 days to reconsider or it will be permanently deleted
This is the start of my 30 day, full-time Nostr trial
