European and US leaders slowly going nuts. Tldr the NATO and most western countries saying, they are allowing Ukraine to attack facilities deep inside Russia with Attacams cruise missiles. Russia warned them not to escalate because everybody knows, that these types of weapons can't be handled from Ukraine alone. It needs satellite support and highly trained personal from western countries. So Russia responded to retaliate globally if necessary if this gonna happen.
