I must be the only person I know who actually wants to down grade from a house or townhouse to a small apartment. I figure less cleaning, less responsibilities, means more time to workout. Less money I spend, means more Bitcoin I can acquire and more money for healthier food. Idk 🤷♂️ maybe I’m crazy but it sounds like a no brainer to me.
