Based on some researchs it’s estimated that the number of European population in Brazil descendants is around 86.09% to 48.538% of the total population.
Portuguese, Spaniards, German, Polish, French, Hungarians, Dutch, Russian, Ucranian, Slavs, Armenian etc.
The Rio Grande do Sul state is where a great number of the German colonies are. Some Polish and some Italan communities as well.

As of April 29th, a Monday, violent rainstorms swiped across the state, with winds and devastating flood from rivers and mining companies' dams.
On what is being recognized as the worst flooding in 80 years, it ravaged 401 of the 497 municipalities in the state – or 80% of the cities in Rio Grande do Sul.
They need all the aid they can get.
Many churches, citizens and businessmen have mobilized themselves to receive and donate whatever is needed.
The government, not so much.
Aside from neglecting the people and denying immediate help, the federal government is also using all of its resources, including paid militants, journalists and politicians, to hinder help through bureaucracy and lies to hide the government's incpmpetence and to punish whoever tried to help or whoever uses videos or testimonials to talk against the politicians incompetence.
And, asking for donation to themselves. So they would, alledgedly, use it to help the people in Rio Grande do Sul.
We are being attacked by the stupid government meanwhile citizens help citizens - and even those words are labled as false propaganda by the government.
All the people in loco doing their work know better than the government. Yet, either they are undermined or misled by the same government that should have their backs.
