Makes soooo much sense! I think that's why the idea of the web of trust or this "Coherence Chart" as I've come to call it, is so important in identifying ALL your players, their roles, and who you can quickly go to for advice. Shifting from a command-and-order model to an advice-seeking model, where people are guided to make decisions are varying levels of responsibility/risk by being encouraged to seek advice from all necessary/knowledgeable parties. So fascinating how we've developed organizational models throughout history.
