Ukraine is nowhere near a fait accompli (and definetly not 2 years ago). If actually given the right weapons it would be a much different story. NATO is intentionally only empowering them to hold the line because they know if they overstep it things get nuclear. We're talking about a handful of himars, patriots, drones and a few crusty tanks holding back the Russians (not due to fault of Russia but the nature of modern warfare). Its not a suprise that steadfast defender is 10X the size as it was previously and coincides with the supposed collapse of another rinky dink town of 35000. That is suddenly strategically relevant to Russophiles. I'm not a NAFO bro; like you I see things realistically. However, this war hasnt even started, wait until another 150 billion cash infusion from US and Europe. The only way Ukraine collapses is if the people revolt and that COULD happen. NATO will enter in the west, probably in the next few months
