Just so I'm straight on this let me summarize and you tell me how wrong I get it.
FM wants to package second mortgages (which are second in line for extinguishing after the primary mortgage on a property) as financial products to be sold to pensions and retail (via RIAs) etc. after they have been rated by Moody's and the like as AAA, AA+, . . . BB, C etc.?
Do I have this inside the ballpark?
