This again with the crowdstrike discourse, folk arbitrarily suggesting it could have been a "DEI engineer" (they mean Black). We could get into the reality that underrepresented candidates overwhelmingly need to be *more* qualified to get in the door, but it isn't about competence is it, it's just overt white supremacy.
