I know we don't typically discuss or focus on price as #bitcoiners but for new savers who've recently bought Bitcoin with their melting dirty Fiat, the past 12 hours has shown an interesting factoid.
The volatility of price scares a lot of new savers. They see a large drop in price and panic sell. This past 12hrs saw the $USD price of BTC increase by 5.45%. If that same increase happens twice more without a pullback in between, the BTC/USD spot is back at all time highs. That's only 2 days like we've just had. This is what most people misunderstand when they save in Bitcoin. Historically Bitcoin makes it's largest gains within as little as 10 days in a given year.
Panic selling just locks in loses. Hodl your Bitcoin, stop looking a daily/weekly price, go touch some grass. You'll sleep well and protect your generational wealth.
