"content": "I believe I have had this tattoo for almost seven years now. It is my only tattoo and always will be.\n\nI wanted to share this picture because of a conversation I was having with nostr:npub1tlacuxmtv2wqud9qz0ujnr4mqavmnz3ayspfj93jr40tgf2mvu6seax3y7. It's hard to describe the tattoo and all the ways it has helped me.\n\nhttps://i.nostr.build/8GMWX.jpg\n\nI'm not a tattoo enthusiast by any means. I look at it now as an emotional scar, but when I designed it the main focus was functional. I thought about it for a year before going through with the decision to final have it put on my body.\n\nI'll probably write a full blog post on the subject sometime this year.\n\nShortly after I got the tattoo I made themedicaltattoo.org so folks could have a starting point to do the same if they found themselves struggling with a severe health situation. \n\nPlease take time before getting a tattoo of any kind.
