A very large proportion of the teenage boys that commit gang murders in Sweden are selected for the purpose because they have ADHD and/or low IQ. This would be a good moment to get rid of the idea of criminal *responsibility* from the justice system. There's certainly criminal *susceptibility*. And it comes down entirely to nature and nurture. 1/2
