If I had a looks nice, invincible and easy to install I'd get the Lifeproof manufactured hardwood from Home Depot. I put it in a house I lived in and eventually flipped and it held up against big dogs and kids great. I'm going to put it in my new house in the hall and my computer room/spare bedroom to replace the carpet my rabbits (which now live outside) destroyed.
