Why would school districts believe the kids belong to their parents?
Public Schools K-12 offer free meals (breakfast & lunch), mental health counselors, job skill centers, medical treatments like vaccines, and afternoon babysitting for free.
Parents willingly let public schools take on parental responsibilities but squawk when they believe it goes too far. The government always has an ulterior motive - when will adults learn?
