I also watched a big part of it with subtitles, though man, this whole "single word at a time" subtitle trend is awful and makes it hard to actually think about what someone is saying!

So it seems to me that she doesn't actually address Biden's capabilities at all, simply makes good arguments for why dumping him will probably fail.
