If you want very strong transactional privacy without giving up sovereignty
No amounts or addresses are visible on Moneros blockchain
If you are coming from the Bitcoin camp no need to go back and forth. Doing that would also be worse for your privacy. Just keep a small stash of Monero that you spend from and top up every once in awhile. The size of stash depends on how often you use it.
