What you're seeing here is the typical behaviour of 'speed' or 'hig-flow' PLAs: they hide under-extrusion better. Ordinary PLA would start 'breaking up' a lot sooner, instead of this streaky minor choking we see here. In reality, you're not flowing better, you're just seeing your loss of extrusion less.
